Mogu is a mobile application designed to help you track your nutrition and reach your health goals. References to "Mogu", "we", "us" or "our" in this policy refer to the operator of the Mogu application.

2. Data We Collect

Account data

• Email address (used for authentication and account management)
• Password (stored as a secure hash — we never see it in plain text)

Health & nutrition data

• Food and meal logs you create (name, calories, macronutrients)
• Photos you take for AI-based food recognition
• Body weight entries and goal weight
• Physical attributes you provide (height, age, gender, activity level) to calculate your calorie needs
• Daily logging streak data

Usage & device data

• App usage patterns (screens visited, features used) — for improving the product
• Device type and operating system version
• Crash and error reports

3. How We Use Your Data

• To create and manage your account
• To provide nutrition tracking, calorie calculation and progress features
• To process food photos through AI recognition
• To manage your subscription and process payments
• To sync your data across your devices
• To improve the app based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns
• To send you service-related notifications (e.g. password reset)

We do not use your data for targeted advertising and we do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

Mogu relies on the following trusted third-party providers:

• Supabase — Database, authentication and file storage. Privacy policy →
• RevenueCat — Subscription and in-app purchase management. Privacy policy →
• Apple App Store — App distribution and payment processing. Privacy policy →

Food photos sent for AI recognition are processed to return nutritional data and are not stored beyond what is necessary to complete the request.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data (food logs, weight entries, profile information) is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Aggregated, anonymised analytics data may be retained longer for product improvement purposes.

6. Your Rights

You may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of your data
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and associated data
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection — object to certain processing activities

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@mogu.app. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

Mogu is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure password hashing and row-level security policies on our database. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take all reasonable steps to protect your information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you within the app.

アカウント情報

• メールアドレス（認証およびアカウント管理に使用）

健康・栄養データ

• お客様が作成した食事ログ（食品名、カロリー、栄養素）
• AI食品認識のために撮影した写真
• 体重の記録および目標体重
• カロリー目標の算出に使用する身体情報（身長、年齢、性別、活動レベル）
• 毎日のログ記録ストリークデータ

利用状況・デバイス情報

• アプリの利用状況（閲覧画面、使用機能）— サービス改善のため
• デバイスの種類およびOSのバージョン
• クラッシュおよびエラーレポート

3. 情報の利用目的

• アカウントの作成および管理
• 栄養追跡、カロリー計算、進捗管理機能の提供
• AIによる食品認識処理
• サブスクリプションの管理および決済処理
• デバイス間でのデータ同期
• 匿名化・集計された利用データに基づくサービス改善
• サービスに関する通知の送信（パスワードリセットなど）

お客様のデータをターゲット広告に使用したり、第三者に販売したりすることは一切ありません。

4. 第三者サービス

Moguは以下の信頼できる第三者サービスを利用しています。

AI認識のために送信された食品写真は、栄養データの返却のみを目的として処理され、リクエストの完了後は保存されません。

5. データの保持期間

お客様の個人データはアカウントが有効な期間中保持されます。アカウントを削除した場合、食事ログ・体重記録・プロフィール情報などの個人データは30日以内に完全に削除されます。

匿名化・集計されたアナリティクスデータは、サービス改善のためより長期間保持される場合があります。

6. お客様の権利

お客様は個人データに関して以下の権利を有します。

• アクセス — データのコピーを請求する権利
• 訂正 — 不正確なデータを修正する権利
• 削除 — アカウントおよび関連データの削除を請求する権利
• データポータビリティ — 機械可読形式でデータを受け取る権利
• 異議申し立て — 特定の処理活動に異議を申し立てる権利

7. 子どものプライバシー

Moguは13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。意図せず子どもの個人情報を収集した場合は、速やかに削除いたします。該当する場合はご連絡ください。

8. セキュリティ

当社は、HTTPS/TLSによる暗号化通信、安全なパスワードハッシュ化、データベースの行レベルセキュリティポリシーなど、業界標準のセキュリティ対策を講じています。インターネット上のいかなる通信方法も100%安全ではありませんが、お客様の情報を保護するためにあらゆる合理的な措置を講じています。

9. ポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーは随時更新される場合があります。変更があった場合は、ページ上部の「最終更新日」を更新します。重要な変更については、アプリ内でお知らせします。
