These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mogu mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and accept these Terms in full.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Mogu is a nutrition and calorie tracking application that provides:
The Service is provided for informational and personal wellness purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, dietary or nutritional advice.
You must create an account to use Mogu. You are responsible for:

Mogu offers a free tier and a premium subscription ("Mogu Premium") with additional features.
Free trial: New users may be eligible for a 3-day free trial of Mogu Premium. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and are processed through Apple's App Store via your Apple ID account.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
Price changes: We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You retain ownership of content you submit (food photos, custom meal names, notes). By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you. You must not submit content that is unlawful, harmful or infringes the rights of others.
Mogu provides general nutritional information and tracking tools. The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition. Calorie estimates and nutritional data may not be 100% accurate.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise routine or health management.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
All content within Mogu — including the application, design, graphics, text, logos and the PenPen character — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mogu and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

Moguは無料プランとプレミアムサブスクリプション（「Moguプレミアム」）を提供しています。
無料トライアル：新規ユーザーはMoguプレミアムの3日間無料トライアルをご利用いただけます。トライアル期間終了前にキャンセルされない場合、自動的に有料サブスクリプションに移行します。
請求：サブスクリプションは定期的に請求され、Apple IDアカウントを通じてApp Storeで処理されます。
キャンセル：Apple IDの設定からいつでもサブスクリプションをキャンセルできます。キャンセルは現在の請求期間終了時に有効になります。日割り計算での返金は行っておりません。
価格変更：合理的な通知をもって価格を変更する場合があります。価格変更後もサービスを継続してご利用になることで、新しい価格に同意したものとみなされます。
お客様が投稿したコンテンツ（食品写真、カスタム食事名、メモ）の所有権はお客様に帰属します。コンテンツを投稿することにより、サービスの提供のみを目的として保存・処理する限定的かつ非独占的なライセンスを当社に付与したものとみなされます。違法、有害、または第三者の権利を侵害するコンテンツの投稿はご遠慮ください。
Moguは一般的な栄養情報と追跡ツールを提供しています。本サービスは疾病の診断、治療、治癒または予防を目的としたものではありません。カロリー推定値および栄養データは100%正確ではない場合があります。
食事、運動、健康管理に大きな変化を加える前に、必ず資格を持つ医療専門家にご相談ください。
お客様は以下の行為を行わないことに同意します。
当社はこれらのルールに違反するアカウントを停止または終了させる権利を有します。
アプリケーション、デザイン、グラフィック、テキスト、ロゴ、PenPenキャラクターを含むMogu内のすべてのコンテンツは、当社が所有またはライセンスを受けており、適用される知的財産法によって保護されています。当社の書面による許可なしに複製、配布、派生物の作成を行うことはできません。
適用法が許容する最大限の範囲において、Moguおよびその運営者は、サービスの利用から生じるいかなる間接的、偶発的、特別、結果的または懲罰的損害についても責任を負いません。いかなる請求に対する当社の総責任も、請求の12ヶ月前にお客様が当社に支払った金額を超えないものとします。
お客様はいつでもサービスの使用を停止し、アカウントを削除することができます。お客様が本規約に違反した場合、当社は事前通知なしにアクセスを停止または終了させることができます。終了時点で、お客様のサービス使用権は直ちに消滅します。
本規約は適用法に従って解釈されます。本規約に関連するいかなる紛争も、管轄裁判所の専属管轄に服するものとします。
