Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Mogu account and all associated data at any time, either directly from the app or by contacting our support team.

Open the Mogu app on your device.

Tap the Settings tab at the bottom of the screen.

Scroll down and tap Delete account.

Confirm by tapping Delete permanently in the dialog that appears.
⚠️
This action is irreversible. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data from Mogu's servers — including meal logs, weight history, goals, and profile information. Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account.
Data retention: Upon deletion, your personal data is removed from our active systems immediately. Residual data in encrypted backups is purged within 30 days.

この操作は取り消せません。 アカウントを削除すると、食事ログ、体重履歴、目標、プロフィール情報など、Mogu のサーバー上のすべてのデータが完全に削除されます。 アカウントを削除する前に、App Store または Google Play から有効なサブスクリプションを個別にキャンセルしてください。
データ保持期間について： 削除後、お客様の個人データはアクティブなシステムから即時削除されます。 暗号化バックアップ内の残存データは 30日以内 に完全に消去されます。
